Since day 1 of Reflex East back in 2019 we have wanted to offer a Low Cost Clinic.
Finally in 2023 we had grown enough to be able to do so where we offered a monthly low cost day.
As both the clinic and team have grown we now offer 2 low cost clinics per month at our beautiful shipping container at the Gossamer City Project, just off Hackney Road
As of January 2025 we have proudly provided over 200 low cost appointments for the local community
Getting the most out of your appointment
Time is precious, and we want to make sure you truly get everything out of the treatment that you possibly can
That's why we created a short consultation form for our low cost appointments that allow us to get to know you ahead of your appointment
This way we can make sure we tailor your treatment to exactly where you are in your menstrual cycle, IVF treatment or pregnancy
Why do we do it?
We believe in Reflexology
We’ve seen the benefit of reflexology time and time again. In this ancient therapy can help the body come to a state where all systems of the body can work with ease, leading to a deep sense of calm and restored wellbeing.

Everyone deserves to have access to the support reflexology can provide and in the comfort of our calming clinic at a price that doesn't create stress

What are we without the people around us? We strongly believe that humans thrive when we can connect.
Providing opportunity for our local community to connect with our practitioners and also their own bodies for that deep nervous system rest reflexology can bring, is what can provide our local population with the energy and support we need to flourish.
Holistic support can get pricey
When you are going through a fertility journey, between all the specialists you could see, supplements and testing, it can cost you a small fortune, very, VERY quickly.
We wanted to provide an option that felt affordable but doesn't not compromise on quality in amongst the fertility costs
