Reflex East was started in 2019 by award winning reflexologist Katy Ewen. Since then we have grown into a multi-disciplinary clinic with a brand new treatment room which opened at the Gossamer City Project in March of 2024

At our clinic we provide detailed consultations to really get to the core of the factors that are messing with your fertility or pesky period problems. We then tailor treatments based on your individual needs

We also provide online coaching and mentoring when it comes to tracking your cycle with fertility awareness for conception or birth control, and helping you transform your reproductive health holistically through lifestyle support
